How We Started
G.O.S. BEGINNINGS
In 2017, during a 70-day time of fasting and praying , GOD gave the letters G.O.S. A few months later with instruction from GOD the meaning and purpose of G.O.S. was provided, Group of Social Workers. The mission, "feed God's sheep", spiritually and physically. With the understanding "it's better to give than to receive".
In 2017, we hosted our 1st Thanksgiving Day Box Gift Away and gifted 5 families with Thanksgiving Day boxes and a gift card for perishable food items. Since 2017, we've gifted over a 100 Thanksgiving day boxes, fed over 350 people and gifted 15 plus bicycles to our youth. We've assisted individuals and families in need of rental, utility and food assistance and outreached many elderly and widowed with love gifts and encouragement. We are a small non-profit organization, with a big heart.
Our heart and goal, please God and complete GOS earthly assignment. We can only SOAR with God and let people know that "Every Person Matters", to GOS, but most of all to GOD.
