Services Provided
Case Management/Advocacy
Case management and advocacy for any age group and population to optimize the functioning and well-being in the most effective and efficient manner possible to individuals with multiple and/or complex needs.
Referrals/Resources
Assist clients with referrals and resources for educational/technical schools. Assist clients with psychoeducational for understanding health care and Veteran Affairs benefits. Assist with referrals for adult aging and elderly services (transportation, local senior center, meals on wheels).
Resume/Employment Assistance
Assist with resume building and interviewing skills, completing employment applications and search for employment
Rental/Mortgage and Utility Assistance
Assist clients with referrals for rental and utility assistance. Referrals for new homeowner buyer education assistance.
Food Assistance
Assist with food pantry items from local church or Food bank.
Clinical Social Work Mentorship
Provide Georgia State License Clinical Social Work Mentorship.

Quarterly/Annual Events
Quarterly-Community "Whole Health" Box Gift-Away
We provide our local community first responders (fire, police, sheriff department, hospital volunteers) with a basket of whole health (fresh fruit, trail mix, granola bars) food items, to say "Thank You for Your Service To Our Community."
July-Back Pack Gift-Away
Our annual Back Pack Gift Away will be a yearly event to pour into our communities and families to provide a "help up" and start the school year.
November-Thanksgiving Day Box Gift-Away
Our annual Thanksgiving Day Box Gift-Away is a yearly event to pour out into communities and people in need of food items.
